    Position Overview:

    As a Psychotherapist at M&B Therapy, you will provide outpatient mental health services to a diverse caseload of clients. You'll operate with autonomy in your area of expertise while also benefiting from consultation, peer support, and structured systems that allow you to focus on what matters most—your clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
    • Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy to clients
    • Support clients in building healthy coping mechanisms and long-term wellness strategies
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards
    • Collaborate with peers and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care
    • Participate in team consultation meetings and ongoing professional development

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
    • Active, unrestricted Wisconsin license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD)
    • Experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting
    • Commitment to client-centered, culturally competent care
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

    Salary

    This is an exempt position that pays $60 - $65 per clinical hour
