We’re currently hiring a licensed clinician who is passionate about relational, trauma-informed therapy to support teens and adults, who values collaboration, and wants to grow with a team that’s both mission-driven and grounded in real life. Perform biopsychosocial assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a similar field
Previous experience as a mental health therapist in private practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Active IL license (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC)
Available 32 hours per week with the expectation of holding at least 25 clinical hours
