About the Role:
Turning Minds Counseling Profession is looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our growing team in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring providers, and community resources
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary
Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Active licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Experience providing psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Empathetic, culturally competent, and client-centered approach to care
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage a diverse caseload
