Have you handled at least twenty I-589 IHs, ten BHs, and five 42B IHs (Approximate or equivalent experience will be considered) If so, we're looking for you! Responsibilities: • Direct and oversee the preparation of evidence packets for all types of cases in immigration court (primarily 589s, bonds, and 42Bs). • Write briefs for removal cases. • Strategize with other attorneys at the firm (and elsewhere) in a spirit of comradery and generosity, eager to teach and learn from each other. • Continually improve your legal knowledge and stay abreast of relevant law and policy changes. • Be as creative and zealous as ethically possible. Qualifications: • You're exceptionally talented at legal research and persuasive writing. • You like to think of yourself as a magician and artist behind the keyboard. • You're morally opposed to our government's behavior toward immigrants. Compensation: $160,000 (pro-rated)
