    Manchester, NH | 15–20 hours/week | On-site | W-2 (No Benefits) Blue Lotus Wellness, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our integrative mental health team in Manchester, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a PMHNP looking to add meaningful part-time hours within a collaborative, innovative practice—with potential for future full-time expansion. About the Role This role focuses primarily on Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and Spravato (esketamine) services delivered on-site. You’ll work closely with our therapists to provide deeply integrated, trauma-informed care that supports both symptom relief and long-term healing. This is a W-2, fee-for-service position with flexible scheduling and no on-call responsibilities. Primary Clinical Focus • Prescribe, administer, and monitor IM and sublingual ketamine treatments • Prescribe and oversee Spravato (esketamine) treatment protocols • Provide in-office psychiatric evaluations and medication management related to ketamine and Spravato services • Partner with therapists to support therapeutic integration and collaborative care Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a PMHNP who: • Is curious, open-minded, and aligned with integrative and alternative approaches to mental health • Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Thinks creatively and “outside the box” while maintaining strong clinical judgment • Is comfortable working independently while contributing to a shared mission New PMHNP graduates are welcome to apply (NH license must already be active). Please submit: • Resume • Cover letter explaining your interest and alignment with Blue Lotus Wellness • Three (3) professional references Responsibilities: • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for clients • Prescribe, manage, and observe Spravato or Ketamine treatment • Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about Spravato/Ketamine options, risks, benefits, and alternatives • Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure integrated, coordinated care • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Monitor for medication interactions, adherence, and client progress • Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and collaboration • Respond to urgent client needs (NO on-call hours), medication refill requests, and treatment updates as appropriate • Stay current on best practices, emerging medications, and continuing education • Work with practice management on the creation of new programs/ services • Participate in self-promotion/marketing to help increase the client base Qualifications: • Board-certified and licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) • Active NH license • Active DEA registration in NH • Holds own malpractice insurance • BLS/CPR certified • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills • Trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach to care • Comfortable with technology and electronic health records • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team • Maintains an active Psychology Today profile Compensation: $105,000 - $120,000 yearly
