Responsibilities: • Ensure the safety and security of our guests and team members by conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises. • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by performing nightly cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. • Respond promptly and professionally to any security or maintenance issues that arise during your shift. • Collaborate with the front desk team to monitor guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience for all. • Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and providing support to guests and staff. • Document and report any incidents or unusual activities to the management team for further action. • Perform routine checks of all entry and exit points to ensure they are secure and functioning properly. Qualifications: • Experience in janitorial or security roles, preferably within the hospitality industry. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight shifts. • Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to guest inquiries. • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, following established protocols. • Attention to detail in performing cleaning tasks and ensuring all areas are well-maintained. • Comfortable using basic security systems and equipment to monitor hotel premises effectively.
