Product Marketing Project Coordinator - 6 month temporary role
Job Description
We are looking for a PROJECT COORDINATOR to manage the organization of key projects, specifically related to customer questionnaires and requests for information.
As our Project Coordinator, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our responses are delivered on time and with all necessary content. You will be the go-to person for everything involving these responses organization and timeline.
Responsibilities include managing the response process, coordinating with key internal stakeholders, and leveraging as well as updating key documents all within specific timelines. Additional ones include:
The ideal candidate should have a background in organization, business skills, management and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. They also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

$70 to $90k salary

RETURN TO OFFICE: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.
