As our Head of Growth you will play a critical role in helping achieve our aggressive growth objectives through combined performance and brand marketing strategies across all channels including editorial. Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, is whip smart, able to work well in small teams and capable of being a self starter. The experience outlined below is critical for success in this position; also the person who fills this position must be capable of hitting the ground running.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years of SaaS customer acquisition and brand marketing experience in technology, big data, data science or AdTech
• Knowledge of campaign performance evaluation, including multi-channel attribution modeling, and comfort across appropriate analytical packages and tools
• Resourcefulness coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor
• Bachelor's degree

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Discover key clients and engage in focused acquisition campaigns
• Build and implement marketing strategies for broader customer acquisition goals
• Setup, manage and analyze marketing campaigns
• Create an engaged social media presence
• Craft on-brand, topical content for company blog and other publication channels
• Finding and creating guest posting opportunities
