Working with our management team, our Head of Marketing will play a critical role in achieving our aggressive growth objectives through combined performance and brand marketing strategies across all channels. Our ideal candidate has 5 years of experience, is whip-smart, able to work well in small teams and capable of being a self-starter. This role is solely responsible for marketing planning and execution at PubWise. This is not a position for someone who wants to manage 20 people. This role is for an experienced person who wants to plan, execute and grow marketing in a startup. The experience outlined below is critical for success in this position; also the person who fills this position must be capable of hitting the ground running.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Craft brand messaging and PR strategies
• Work directly with the management team to craft the company's story and messaging
• Develop, manage, execute and analyze multiple PR campaigns across national and international markets
• Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to support company growth
• Manage social media, performance advertising and content creation to attract new customers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of customer acquisition and brand marketing experience in technology, big data, data science or AdTech
• Expertise in campaign performance evaluation, including multi-channel attribution modeling, and comfort across appropriate analytical packages and tools
• Resourcefulness coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Savvy traveler
• Positive attitude with a sense of humor
• Bachelor's degree
