Handle incoming client & prospective client calls requires:

Ordering office supply & keeping office supplies stocked & organized.
Punctuality & Consistency
Proficient using Microsoft office.

*Microsoft word
*Microsoft Excel
*Microsoft PowerPoint?
Social media Familiarity & Internet Searching skills desired
Some Accounting familiarity or at least competent with numbers & familiarity with Quicken a plus not required
Type 40 wpm Preferred
Able to Multitask & Able to prioritized tasks.
Be proficient with coordinating & handling time sensitive forms.
Downloading & renaming emails & attachments, scanning, printing & filing documents.
Follow protocols & logging.

Our company is licensed by the California Department of Insurance as a Public Adjusting company. We are licensed to represent the Insured when they suffer major property damage, Primarily Fire Damage, to their home, business or commercial property. The owner of the company Vincent Troy Schmidt has been licensed for 29 years, since 1990. Troy started the Company as a DBA in 1995 & he incorporated in 2008. Troy’s Partner Gary Anderson has been a Public Adjuster since 2009 and has also been a B-Licensed Contractor since 1987. Our small office staff works out of our Riverside office. We are looking for a full-time bilingual Spanish – English Sales Person for the Orange County & Eastern L A County Area with occasion Spanish Assistance in Riverside County and San Bernardino County.
