We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Public Attendant to join our team! You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring they will want to return and ultimately strengthening our reputation.

As a Public Attendant, your responsibilities will include ensuring that all public areas in the hotel are kept clean to hotel standards.

Responsibilities

Perform various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc

Perform shuttle requests to and from the airport as needed

Respond to requests with professionalism and patience

Maintain a high level of guest service

Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations

Work well in a team environment

Qualifications

Ability to prioritize many tasks at once

Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Ability to troubleshoot and / or problem solve

Friendly, customer-oriented personality

Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail

Able to work quickly without compromising quality

Must be capable of lifting of up to 50lbs and standing for long periods of time

Ability to perform under pressure

Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
