    Key Responsibilities

    As a Public Relations Assistant, you will help implement PR strategies and support brand engagement efforts at live events and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting in the planning and execution of PR initiatives to improve brand visibility and customer engagement
    • Interacting with customers and event attendees to communicate brand values and messaging
    • Supporting coordination of live promotional campaigns, media outreach , and event logistics
    • Monitoring campaign performance , collecting media coverage, and providing insights for improvement
    • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
    • Representing client brands in a professional and engaging manner during public-facing events
    • Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry, tracking, and follow-up communication

    Qualifications

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • A team-player with a positive, professional attitude
    • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in public relations, customer service, event marketing , or promotions is a plus but not required
    • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
