As an Entry Level Public Relations Assistant , you’ll be on the front lines of powerful campaigns, helping raise awareness and inspire action through engaging, in-person experiences. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training, ideal for individuals passionate about live events, communications, and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of local community outreach events
- Serve as a public-facing representative of our clients, educating attendees about their mission and impact
- Help craft event messaging and set up promotional materials to ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with team members to maximize event visibility and audience engagement
- Assist with gathering attendee feedback, tracking engagement metrics, and reporting results
- Contribute to post-event debriefs and help refine future PR and event strategies
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with the public face-to-face
- Strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and cause-based work
- Organized and dependable with great time management skills
- Able to work weekends or evenings based on event scheduling
- Eager to learn and grow in PR, community outreach, or nonprofit event marketing
- Previous event experience is a plus—but not required
