About the Role

As a Public Relations Assistant, you will focus on in-person events, community outreach, and brand representation. You’ll work alongside event managers to create positive public experiences, engage attendees, and ensure clients are professionally and effectively represented at every event.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and community outreach activities

• Greet and engage event attendees, answer questions, and provide key campaign information

• Represent partner brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer service

• Assist with event setup, staging, displays, and breakdown

• Communicate key talking points and campaign messaging to the public

• Collect attendee feedback and share observations with the leadership team

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event flow and strong public representation

• Maintain a positive, professional presence at all events
