    We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen brand awareness and maintain a positive public image.

    This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their careers in public relations, communications, or marketing.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and implementation of public relations campaigns

    • Support the coordination of events, press conferences, and media interviews

    • Conduct research to support campaign planning and messaging strategies

    • Prepare and organize media materials, press releases, and reports

    • Provide administrative and project support to the PR team

    • Help build and maintain relationships with media contacts and community partners

    • Assist with monitoring media coverage and tracking campaign performance metrics

    • Support crisis communication efforts under senior team guidance


    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred

    • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships accepted)

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

    • Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills

    • Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
