    Public Relations Associate

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft, refine, and help develop external communications, including press releases, thought leadership pieces, website copy, social media content, and investor-facing materials
    • Contribute to media relations efforts by identifying press opportunities, preparing briefing documents, fact sheets, and Q&A, tracking relevant news, and coordinating outreach activities
    • Support internal communications initiatives such as newsletters, team announcements, intranet updates, executive messaging (e.g., CEO/MD), and cross-functional collaboration across platforms
    • Track media coverage, sentiment, and share of voice, and compile weekly or monthly reports or dashboards
    • Collaborate with design teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
    • Assist in preparing talking points, presentation materials, and executive-level decks for senior leadership
    • Provide support on special initiatives and event execution, including webinars, roundtables, partnership announcements, and corporate events
    • Help compile post-campaign/event recaps, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations

    Qualifications:

    • 2–12 years of direct experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, or content development (either agency or in-house)
    • Exceptional writing and editing abilities; skilled at producing clear, succinct, and audience-tailored messaging
    • Working knowledge of media relations and press ecosystem, ideally within financial services, alternative investments, or asset management
    • Background in internal communications or employee engagement content
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
    • Proficiency with standard business tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., media monitoring tools, SharePoint/intranet, CMS)
    • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively; thrives in a dynamic, high-performance setting
    • Experience within financial services, alternative investments, or asset management sectors
    • Foundational understanding of investor or limited partner (LP) communications
    • Familiarity with social media management platforms or digital content tools
    • Experience coordinating with design or creative partners/agencies
    • Exposure to tracking media or content analytics and performance metrics
