We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation, foster positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and implementation of PR campaigns, press releases, and company statements
Coordinate interviews, speaking engagements, and media opportunities for executives
Draft compelling content for internal communications, newsletters, presentations, and reports
Manage communication between departments to ensure consistency and accuracy
Develop relationships with local press, partners, and industry stakeholders
Monitor public perception and handle crisis communications under supervision
Maintain PR records, contact databases, and media tracking reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience preparing executive briefing materials and coordinating media requests is preferred
