A subject matter expert who specializes in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or a comparable government-focused platform.

Focus:

Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local government processes like case management, licensing, permitting, and grants.

Often expected to hold Salesforce “Accredited Professional” (AP) certifications for Public Sector Solutions, or equivalent vendor certifications.

Guides solution design, ensures compliance with government standards, and translates complex public-sector requirements into Salesforce configurations.

Secret clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance.
