    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Financial Analyst. You will be responsible for the asset facilities data governance and analytics for analyzing, evaluating, and managing the financial performance and risk of various assets within our portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of asset cycles, excellent quantitative skills, big data governance, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Asset Data Governance: Coordinate and collaborate with Asset Leaders on the maintenance of asset and financial data in the system of record (Internal Asset System-RAMP/SAP).
    • Asset Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of asset performance, including historical trends and current daily/monthly actuals vs. budget/forecasts. Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of assets.
    • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast future performance and assess risk factors. Utilize various valuation techniques to determine the intrinsic value of assets and optimal spend.
    • Dashboards/Visualizations: Develop and maintain internal analytical/KPI dashboards by mining and transforming big data.
    • Risk Assessment: Identify and analyze potential risks associated with assets. Develop strategies to mitigate risk and optimize asset returns.
    • Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing asset performance, risk analysis, and resource distribution recommendations. Communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, taxes, controllership, and risk management, to support strategic decision-making and achieve organizational goals.
    • Innovation: Continuous improvements to model(s) analytics by researching latest assets trends.
    • Ad Hoc related to Assets.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field plus 3 years experience.
    • Proven experience in financial analysis, project accounting, product cycle, asset management, or related field.
    • Proficiency with financial modeling and analysis techniques.
    • Strong quantitative skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience with big data governance, mining, and transformation.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable working with multiple internal and external partners.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, query, and visualization software tools, such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Cognos, SAP, SQL, Python is desired.
    • Knowledge of regulation requirements and compliance standards related to asset management.
