Job Description
We currently have a great opportunity for an VENDOR SUPPORT COORDINATOR based out of our corporate office in Glendale, CA. This position will report directly to the Retail Operations Manager.
- Coordinates deliveries, investigates exceptions, match invoices with purchase orders
- Place orders for retail sale merchandise, fixtures, other related retail support items
- Work with vendors to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately
- Resolve issues from field operations related to merchandise orders
- Prepare invoices for approval and processing
- Provide assistance to Retail Operations on various other tasks, which include handling emails, correspondence, memos and preparing operational schedules and reports
- Perform administrative support duties to our business license section, which includes gathering statistical data to prepare business license applications, preparing check request on license filings, assist with planning and coordinating timely license filings to avoid penalties and late fees
