Job Description
The Compensation Manager is responsible for driving the compensation process for the organization. This position owns the design, management, communication, compliance, and administration of our compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, annual merit cycle increase, job levels and all other pay programs and policies. The Compensation Manager will have a strong analytical background, exceptional Excel skills, and a passion for driving data driven decisions to support the organizations compensation strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation
Base Pay Range : $145000 - $165000
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years managing annual compensation cycle, preferably at a manager level, and minimum 1-year supervisory experience
Experience administering executive equity programs (options and SARs) required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with VBA or Macro is a plus
Ability to reconcile large quantities of data and apply analytics to recommend solutions
Experience with HRIS systems; working knowledge of UKG and Shareworks is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Sound judgment and discretion working with highly confidential and sensitive information
Excellent organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Reporting to Director of Global Compensation
Managing a Compensation Analyst
Collaborating with the entire People & Culture Team
Working cross-functionally with Finance and Legal
Pay transparency: Salary ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 (salary to be determined based on multiple factors such as applicant’s experience, skills and abilities, internal equity and market data)
