Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience Talent Review, Performance Management, Career Pathing, and Engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and provide resolution quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to analyze Talent issues and provide information/direction, effectively express ideas, and advice both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Proficiency utilizing HR technology and systems - HRIS, LMS, etc.
- Big picture thinker who anticipates future trends and creates competitive and creative talent strategies and plans that drive results and employee engagement.
- Ability to understand business priorities quickly and thoroughly.
- Interpret and use analytics and metrics to identify root cause and create actionable projects to help meet Talent goals.
- A “roll up the sleeves” mentality and desire to resolve problems in a team environment.
- Excellent consulting skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders to get things accomplished within a matrixed organization.
- Flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment
- This will be an “achiever” personality with a start-up mentality who strives to resolve issues and roadblocks and meets goals on time.
- Communicates and works with people at all levels of management on a transparent and humble basis.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt quickly and easily.
Additional Information
Compensation
- Base: $160,000 - $210,000
- In addition to a competitive salary, this role comes with exciting perks – leadership roles may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and/or equity participation.
Workplace

Public Storage teammates are expected to work in the office five days each week with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.
- Our office is located in west Glendale, near Interstate 5 and Western, just south of downtown Burbank.
