Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our customer communications and assist with acquisition efforts. This role may involve overseeing team members, collaborating with external agencies, and forging partnerships to drive our digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage high-performing team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to ensure their success and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments such as IT, operations, pricing & revenue, and finance to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Present initiatives and results to senior leadership
- Customer Communications:
- Assist in customer journey management, creative, experience, and testing across all customer communications and digital touchpoints.
- Oversee the development and execution of targeted email and text communication to engage and educate existing customers and potential prospects.
- Drive the design and user experience (UX) enhancements of our website, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and encourages seamless customer journeys.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve website, proactive communications, and app performance and user engagement.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize increase customer communication, sentiment, and retention rates.
- Craft compelling and effective copy for marketing materials, as well as copy edit existing messaging.
- Work with various teams and departments, including creative and IT, to implement changes, track progress, and measure results.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Develop customer acquisition strategies to deliver tailored content and offers through media, affiliates, and partnerships, maximizing customer awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Develop and manage mid and upper-funnel digital paid and earned media strategies across platforms, affiliates, and partnerships.
- Agency Management and Partnerships:
- Collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships that enhance brand visibility, expand reach, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
Compensation
Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $135,000
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.
