    Job Description

    The Data and Platform Solutions group is a specialized team within the agency acting as digital data and ad technology experts. Our team is looking for a high-performing Tableau/BI Developer who will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and on-going support of reports and dashboards published on a Tableau Server platform.

    Role Objectives:

    • Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
    • Custom Design, build, test and publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Server
    • Design, build, test, debug, monitor, and troubleshoot published data sources and extracts on Tableau Server
    • Advanced Tableau Server site administration including user/group security and roles, and managing project and data source security
    • Analyze ambiguous business requirements and partner with product team to provide a strategic solution
    • Collaborate with data engineers to design or modify schema for optimal software performance
    • Have the confidence to work cross-functionally with various departments including business stakeholders and technical personnel to exchange ideas
    • Reviewing and improving existing solutions and collaborating with teams to integrate new solutions
    • Recommend solutions to existing or anticipated issues
    • Serve as an escalation point for any issues that may arise
    • Ability to follow implementation standards, develop documentation and transfer of knowledge
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience designing and developing business intelligence dashboards using Tableau
    • Media Agency experience preferred with pharmaceutical client experience a plus.
    • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
    • High competency level in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel (knowledge of VBA a plus) and PowerPoint
    • Adheres to deadlines.
    • Advanced SQL programming skills, Redshift preferred (creating views, stored procedures, functions, etc.)
    • Degree in computer science or quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or economics. MBA or Advanced Degree a plus
    • Excellent data modelling skills and experience working with large data sets.
    • Proficient in leading web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
    • Experience with digital media measurement and analytics
    • Experience with machine learning principles and applications a plus
    • Experience with Python and thorough understanding of a variety of APIs is a plus
    • Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
    • Proven experience managing or mentoring a team.

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range: $81,500 - $128,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
