    Job Description

    Overview:

    The Analyst, Retail & eCommerce will work as a member of a cross-functional team focusing on retail/commerce media strategy and investment. They will be responsible for assisting their team in driving our client's growth and acceleration strategy. This role will have a focus on key retail media partners.

    Role Responsibilities and Objectives:

    • Gain proficiency in building and managing campaigns that focus on the client's business objectives on platforms
    • Learn various and evolving aspects of eCommerce/retail media and relevant industry media trends
    • Assist the managers and directors in gathering necessary data for plan strategy development and growth
    • Own creation and process of finance paperwork for media purchase authorization
    • Responsible for trafficking and managing approved media plans
    • Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing and bid adjustments
    • Active monitoring and management of performance and competitive landscape within media campaigns to meet key objectives
    • Develop optimization insights and recommendations
    • Implementation of relevant media testing plans
    • Pulling and analyzing data to inform campaign reporting
    • Responsible for communication and maintenance of monthly billing processes, including any discrepancies, changes/adjustments, and reconciliation in partnership with clients and the billing reconciliation teams
    • Learning and continued knowledge of all relevant tools used for management, reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis
    • Work closely with manager to establish day to day and long-term project priorities
    • Successful completion of agency and industry training programs and requisite certifications
    • Foster strong and collaborative relationships with internal teams, client groups, and relevant partners
    • Reporting on latest campaign data and performance to manager to keep the team informed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

    • Understanding and proficiency in Microsoft product suite, specifically Excel

    • Ability to multi-task and manage workload in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage data

    • Understanding of the advertising media landscape

    • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
