    Job Description

    Overview:

    Manager, Retail & eCommerce will work as a member team focusing on online retail media strategy and investment. They will be responsible for assisting their team in driving our client's retail growth and acceleration strategy. The eCommerce Manager is responsible for helping build and maintain an effective and productive relationship with assigned client(s). The Manager will supervise a dedicated team in the creation, optimization, and execution of client’s eCommerce initiatives and campaigns. This position requires a “hands-on” manager with astute attention to process and detail, who possesses the ability to apply this detailed knowledge to actionable insights and recommendations. The Manager must have a mastery of retail media platform user interfaces, as well as knowledge of both Sponsored Products and Sponsored Display strategy and execution. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope and requires the ability to apply detailed eCommerce/Retail Media knowledge to actionable insights and recommendations. They will assist leadership in driving strategic success within the team as well as helping to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives.

    Role Objectives:

    • Direct and manage the daily workflow of all eCommerce/retail media campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation & optimization, billing, and reporting
    • Assist in overseeing the client's strategy and growth Retail Search/Sponsored Product Listings as well as on-site display advertising
    • Train and oversee junior team to ensure proper management of campaigns, optimizations, and reporting
    • Become a retail media subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders by staying ahead of marketplace trends
    • Partner with leadership to build end-to-end ecommerce strategy and plans for the client
    • Collaborate with direct reports, colleagues, and peers across the organization to provide insight and recommendations
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and quickly adjusts thinking and actions should the realities of a situation shift
    • Is proactive in approach and can identify client needs and work towards exceeding their expectations
    • Understands the complex cause and effect patterns that may cause issues and/or opportunities and thinks beyond the obvious
    • Manages the team to provides performance reporting against client goals actionable insights and thorough optimization recommendations
    • Develop budget recommendation and performance projections for testing new partners or products
    • Own and oversee the team in conducting the monthly client billing audits
    • Partner with the greater team to develop processes for improved workflow within Publicis and between agency partners and vendors
    • Maintain relationships with the vendor partners to further advance Publicis as a preferred client partner
    • Provide formal training to new team employees and oversee their progress and development
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field

    • 3+ years of media management experience with an emphasis on eCommerce platforms

    • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing buys

    • Strong organizational, and communication skills

    • Previous leadership/management experience is preferred

    Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
