    ABOUT THE RESIDENT TRAINING PROGRAM

    Are you looking to launch a career in media communications? Want to experience all the agency world has to offer?  Publicis Collective is currently hiring recent college graduates for our Resident Training Program. Graduates of the program emerge with the skillset and knowledge to begin a successful career in the media industry.

    The Collective Media Residency Program is a 9 month, immersive entry-level development program designed to build your media and business acumen through a challenging, fast-paced rotation experience. You’ll get a holistic view of the agency through cross-functional rotations and participation in development opportunities, including mentoring, exposure to leadership, and training programs. With rotations through our departments, you’ll get hands-on, experiential challenges and responsibilities to help shape the future of Stellantis. Following program completion, you will graduate into one of the disciplines, including Brand Experience, Investment, Media Operations & Analytics.

    Through a combination of on-the-job training, project assignments, client-facing exposure, and classroom training, graduates of the program emerge with the skillset and knowledge to begin a successful career in the media industry. Trainees are mentored by experienced employees and are exposed to day-to-day agency business and client relationship management.

    This is a paid, full-time position. Individuals will work on client teams in one of the following areas while enrolled in the training program:

    *Brand Management and Strategy

    *Platform Investment and Marketplace Management

    *Data Science/Audience Development and Business Analytics

    WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    Client teams develop strong relationships with their clients to create and present recommendations about when and where advertising dollars should be spent.  As an Associate, you will:

     

    MEDIA NEGOTIATING & PLANNING

    ·         Participate in team brainstorms to kick off plan and consideration set development

    ·         Participate in negotiations, including but not limited to: evaluating RFPs, contracting rates, and increasing program value

    ·         Assist in the creation and presentation of media-specific documents such as media plans, tactical decks, and other related functions

    ·         Meet with vendors to stay on top of marketplace innovations and cultivate relationships within the vendor community

    CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION

    ·         Work with Senior Associates to project manage programs from proposal stage through end date, including compiling spec documents, overseeing asset production, and gaining brand approval

    ·         Responsible for generating insertion orders and placement, and creative trafficking

    ·         Responsible for the creation of campaign post-launch information such as screenshots, links, and placement information to demonstrate proof of placement for clients

    ·         Own post-campaign reconciliation and billing

    ·         Assist in management of day-to-day communication with key partners: Vendors, Partner Agencies, and Creative media and social clients

    ·        You understand the media and marketing business and are curious and excited to dive deeper into the many roles and responsibilities within an agency, with a desire to challenge yourself daily!

    ·        You want to work in a world of creativity. You have a basic understanding of consumer behavior, and you want to spend your days   influencing the way brands and consumers interact.

    ·        You thrive on a team, can meet tight deadlines, and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    ·        You are comfortable using a wide array of technology and programs to work smarter. This includes programs like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. You’ll use spreadsheets to perform math calculations and percentages to understand data and results.
