Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter eager to contribute in establishing a team that will lead the buildout of an audience strategy support practice across CoLab’s full suite of brands. This group will leverage various services and methods, inclusive of the Epsilon data platform for scaling personalization with privacy-compliant data, to develop audience insights that power the segmentation strategy leveraged across the various facets of the Publicis / Pfizer partnership.
The Vice President will be accountable for both strategic and operational responsibilities, helping to discover and define target audiences for Pfizer campaigns while also ensuring audience segments are sent to channel partners for campaign activation through collaboration with Strategy and Investment teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate and knowledgeable about audience planning, media planning/buying workflow and operations. She/He is self-motivated, curious, a critical thinker, and a team player.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be focused on build data solutions that enhance Strategy, Reporting, Measurement, and Analytics.
Collaborate with Strategy and Investment teams to build/activate custom audiences
Brief in new audience opportunities to clients in collaboration with Strategy/Investment teams
Be an advocate for the Audience Analytics team by evangelizing platforms which can unlock growth opportunities and customer experience enhancements
Manage audience overlap, governance, and prioritization using behavioral and commercial audience insights to advise campaign leads
Collaborate with Strategy on delivering audience insights addressing media strategy, profiling, messaging, and other insights to meet campaign goals
Coordinate audience deployments and workflows across our channel partners and internal marketing, analytics, and planning teams for proper activation
Establish themselves as a resource for all Publicis groups working across the CoLab portfolio as well as the diverse network of Pfizer internal teams in need of audience insights support
Work in collaboration with strategy teams to elevate insights and opportunities to creative agencies as approved by clients
Define and guide new ways of working that enable an audience strategy to inform creative, content, media, and analytics workflows through the lens of audience science, leveraging Epsilon, proprietary data products, and third-party audience platforms.
Apply proprietary audience intelligence capabilities to help answer clients’ biggest business challenges and uncover new, undetected revenue and growth opportunities.
Provide thought leadership regarding audience-led capabilities, strategy, and DCO to the industry and senior marketing clients.
Build client and industry presentation materials and present to director, VP, and C-suite level clients with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs.
Serve as a mentor and leader to a team of managers and analysts, and be willing to share knowledge and teach expertise to members of the team within analytics and other cross-functional teams.
Exhibit strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.

Qualifications
We are seeking individuals with excellent quantitative skills, extensive experience performing quantitative analysis and the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
Data-driven strategist with demonstrated success in Audience Segmentation, Personalization, Marketing, Media/Investment strategy
12+ years of direct marketing experience preferably in a Pharm or Healthcare business
8+ years of experience managing and improving workflows across multiple stakeholders
8+ years of experience delivering accurate and insightful business reporting and applying critical thinking to data to problem solve and drive business performance
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Service-oriented, with an understanding and inclination towards good client service
History of effectively managing customers and successfully working with internal teams to complete tasks and projects
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $130,000 - $204,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
