Job Description
Publicis Groupe is looking to appoint a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Global Client Practice (GCP) and sit within the Business Intelligence & Client Performance pillar of our team.
Partnering with many of our Groupe’s business drivers, you will work in the Publicis Groupe’s Salesforce Center of Excellence to ensure that the Salesforce platform is utilized to its fullest potential across all users and stakeholder groups. The position is technical, but not ‘IT’ led--meaning no hands-on system configuration will be required. However, supporting and consulting all pillars of the Groupe Client Practice will be.

Key Responsibilities include:
DATA QUALITY MANAGEMENT
o Ensure data entered into the system is correct and up to date across the various components of the Salesforce platform: Company, Client, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities and event records
o Participate in data governance initiatives to drive consistent and proper handling of data inside the platform and across the business
REPORTING & DATA ANALYSIS
o Develop reports and dashboards for client teams & stakeholder groups in Salesforce and external tools
o Track and Manage any change requests for reporting requirements from teams
TRAINING & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
o Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of Salesforce and systems including best practices and processes
o Train new users & be the initial point of contact to troubleshoot issues for all users including system access, errors, and general questions; escalating issues when necessary
o Create and maintain Best Practices & training materials as needed (new enhancements & features)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
o Document new requirements and enhancement requests from user base
o Assist in enhancement projects and UAT when needed
o Work closely with IT development team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to brief

· Passionate about data, reporting and analytics
CRITICAL SKILLS
· 2-3 years of experience in agency or platform operations (client or finance)
· Basic knowledge of Salesforce as a platform or any other CRM/ERP
· Ability to develop training materials and run training sessions
· An understanding of data management principles and data governance best practices
· Must be proficient in Excel -pivots, data visualization and other analytics & visualization tools,
· Experience with or understanding of Tableau is a bonus (or equivalent programme experience)
