Job Description

For our offices in Miami, we are seeking for an ideal candidate who has passion and drive to learn the ropes within the media advertising world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the billing team and/or local markets across networks (if required) to meet client service needs.
• Leverage agency tools to provide support the team as needed.
• Work with the Director/Supervisor to resolve potential billing issues.
• Liaise with partners/vendors contacts to update media buys accordingly.
• Update periodic reports, ensuring specialist team delivery against any client actions.
• Support Director/Supervisor and wider team with general client liaison and administration.
• Ensure quality control of reports/invoicing for our brands.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications or relevant discipline
• English and Spanish required.
• Basic understanding of social platforms.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude, driven and willing to learn.
• Able to commit to at least 3-6 months for a full time internship, potential to become permanent.
