    Job Description

    Publicis Groupe is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Talent Programs team!

    You will provide support to the L&D function across the entire Digital Experience Group with a focus on data tracking and analysis including inputting participant information, synthesis of program evaluations, creating classes in our e-learning platform, tracking compliance and conducting follow-ups when necessary.

    We are looking for someone who will be passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our people as well as about growth, development, and coaching in general. You should feel at home with an audience and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Leadership Development Program through participant tracking, registration,  communication, evaluation and learning system navigation.
    • Acts as a primary person for intake and consultation for L&D needs within our digital agencies
    • Owner of program data, metrics and reporting.
    • Subject Matter Expert, curator of e-learning content and ambassador of LMS initiatives/tools
    • Tracks and manages compliance with our growth framework (goal-setting, development planning, manager conversations).
    • Partners in the development and maintenance of various programs materials, which includes communication templates, educational materials and forms.
    • Supports Early Careers program (IGNITE) when necessary, from a learning perspective
    • Work closely with HR and Talent Programs teams to stay aligned to all initiatives
    • Book travel, order materials, and food for programs when necessary
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field strongly preferred
    • Familiarity of industry learning trends and best practices and adult learning theory
    • 1+ year of experience in Learning and Development support, design, HR, implementation.
    • Program/Project Management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives
    • Facilitation experience in a variety of delivery modalities (virtual, hands-on/experiential, instructor led, remote classroom, synchronous/asynchronous) for a variety of audiences preferred
    • Proficient in Adobe Captivate Prime, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
    • Demonstrated experience in coordinating internship and/or corporate training programs for college & HS students.
    • Ability to work in a fast pace, ever-changing environment while thriving in ambiguity
    • Self-directed and detail oriented
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Holds Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a priority in the workplace
    • Creative ability to engage high-barrier populations in workforce related training, including the capacity to navigate community resources.
    • Strong organizational skills and incredible attention to detail
