Job Description
The Vice President of Solutions Marketing will be responsible for creating client-vertical and client-specific positioning for Publicis Groupe products and services for use in strategic new business pitches and top-to-top leadership discussions. This role will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, working cross-functionally across Marketing, Strategy, Sales and Product leaders to best represent Publicis capabilities with current and prospective clients.
This role will be part of the Publicis Groupe Corporate Strategy & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly create and articulate the value proposition of highly complex or technical offerings as it relates to specific client needs or client verticals for both internal and external marketing purposes. In this capacity, the VP of Solutions Marketing will be required to translate standard product-specific collateral into tailored, vertical or client specific narratives combining multiple Publicis offerings to demonstrate expertise and differentiation.
Core Responsibilities
The VP, Solutions Marketing will be responsible for:
Partnering with Product Marketing to lead the creation of collateral, points of view, and responses for key verticals and client discussions/pitches that artfully showcase Publicis Groupe products, solutions, and services
Proactively incorporating customer and sales feedback into Solutions Marketing positioning and sharing relevant feedback with Strategy, Marketing and Product leaders to continuously improve adoption and positioning of products and services
Creating and maintaining a repository of vertical specific positioning and collateral, inclusive of industry trends, product offerings, and case studies
Supporting senior Publicis Media leadership on key client discussions and business development opportunities
Partnering with the broader Strategy & Marketing team to create or contribute to marketplace thought leadership and education for internal and external education
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:
8+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, vertical marketing or strategy experience with enterprise services or software products
Demonstrated knowledge of the media agency, advertising and marketing technology, and data ecosystems
Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of and perspective on new concepts and products, inclusive of both high-level strategy and tactical go-to-market details
Deep experience and passion for playing a central role in new business pitch strategy, packaging and positioning
Expert ability, interest, and experience distilling complex topics for cross-functional and senior leadership audiences into persuasive narratives in the form of both written documents and presentations
Strong collaboration, detail orientation, project management, and market research skills

Compensation Range: $159,000-$269,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
