Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator is directly involved in the growth and development of Publicis teams across the country. The Coordinator serves as an administrative partner to the Recruiters within the Talent Acquisition team, and is responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and monitoring all interviews. The Recruiting Coordinator also supports the team’s operational work, working to ensure the recruiting process is run as consistently and efficiently as possible. The Coordinator must be highly organized, detailed, and meticulous. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is able to manage a high volume of requests and projects without sacrificing quality.

Compensation Range: $32,000-$52,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
