    The Program Manager (Billing & Project Management) will leverage exceptional prioritization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage the billing process and operational projects on behalf of the Talent, Engagement & Inclusion Practice. The Program Manager (Billing & Project Management) will report to the SVP of Operations and oversee a portfolio of projects including the billing management process. The Program Manager (Billing & Project Management) will use excellent critical thinking skills to prioritize urgent items while ensuring that tactical and other operational items remain on track. The position will require a strong level of discretion, integrity, discernment, poise, and diplomacy to prioritize and balance the needs of the Groupe and the bandwidth and remit of the centralized TEI Practice efficiently and effectively.

    Billing Management Core Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the billing process on behalf of the TEI Practice including Purchase Orders (PO's), Invoices and ad hoc billing requests.
    • Lead a weekly billing call to provide status updates on open PO's and answer any invoice related questions.
    • Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of incoming requests.
    • Maintain documentation on TEI billing process & host training sessions as needed for TEI practice.
    • Serve as a liaison between TEI, legal, finance and external partners.
    • Collaborate closely with legal and GSO to support and reinforce the agreement process with all stakeholders involved.

    • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful and positive billing experience.
    • Participate in ongoing budget management in partnership with SVP, Talent, Engagement & Inclusion Operations and the Finance team.
    • Development of processes and management of tools and systems that support billing process.
    • Work with teams to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress towards capability budgets.
    • Identify and solution for core problems or opportunities within billing process.
    • Provide administrative support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.

    Project Management Core Responsibilities

    • Support the SVP & Senior Manager of Talent, Engagement & Inclusion Operations in the management of a project portfolio including oversight of activities, budgets, resources, and tools
    • Project management including work stream development, progress tracking, status updates, meeting management, communications, and problem solving
    • Lead impact measurement of projects including analysis to support executive summaries, retrospectives and ongoing optimizations
    • Development of processes and management of tools and systems that support projects
    • Plan, coordinate and develop supporting materials for meetings such as PowerPoint content, agendas, next steps, and executive summaries
    • Work with teams to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
    • Identify and solution for core problems or opportunities within internal business processes
    • Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization. Seeking out opportunities to evaluate existing processes and make improvements when necessary
    • Provide project management and operational support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in a financially focused role supporting and/or leading programs or projects, talent operations, billing coordination or process development
    • Ability to plan and activate strategic initiatives and achieve results through partnership and collaboration
    • Unparalleled empathy, discretion, integrity, and diplomacy
    • Ability to handle, respect, protect and maintain confidential and sensitive information with high discretion and integrity
    • Excellent judgment, problem solving and decision-making ability
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook)
    • Familiarity with working in a billing management tool (ex. Altair).
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively, proactively and be productive in a cross-functional & hybrid team environment
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize; demonstrated agility and flexibility
    • Openness to giving and receiving feedback in order to positively affect outcomes for our team and talent
    • Have experience using facts and analytics to understand trends and develop solutions that lead to measurable impact on an organization
