    Job Description

    The Payroll Analyst, Data Integrity (Hours and Overtime) position is responsible for supporting the processing and reconciliation of nonexempt and temporary employees’ hours and overtime. This position will require the ability to communicate effectively with people of all job levels and personalities. The ideal applicant will have an excellent attention to detail.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Respond to employee and HR questions on the general overtime and hourly pay process as well as specific questions around employee’s pay
    • Update and maintain training and communication on Publicis Groupe hours and overtime processing via ADP eTIME and Publicis Groupe pay schedules
    • Troubleshoot access and technical issues within ADP eTIME, partnering with the Payroll team on resolutions
    • Identify and track employee experience trends, making recommendations for improvements where needed
    • Partner closely with the Data Integrity team to monitor and audit incoming employees to ensure employee data in our HRIS feeds into ADP eTIME as expected
    • Assist with distribution of Pay Data reports to appropriate HR teams each pay period
    • Audit Pay Data reports to ensure time was processed and paid as expected
    • Handle confidential and sensitive employee data seriously and respectfully 
    • Ensure compliance with rule and regulations, including the organization’s Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
    • Assist in ad-hoc projects and other functions as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience; or any combination of education, training or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and project simultaneously
    • Prior payroll-related work experience preferred; ADP eTIME experience a plus
    • Experience with HR systems; HRIS/SuccessFactors experience is a plus
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey data in easy to digest ways
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
    • Positive attitude and a desire for professional growth
    • Strong team player who is outgoing and personable with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
