    Job Description

    OVERVIEW

    The Publicis Groupe Growth team is responsible for accelerating Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration. This team is responsible for driving the Publicis Groupe vision of the Power of One – the connectivity of the company’s four solution hubs (Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health) – fostering collaboration throughout the Groupe and infusing Epsilon data and technology to maximize client value.

    The VP, Groupe Development plays a key role in this critical growth opportunity across Publicis Groupe US.  This role is for a seasoned, strategic AdTech, MarTech, or Agency leader with a myriad of expertise across client leadership, media, data and technology.

     

    As part of the Publicis US Groupe Growth Team, you will report into one of the SVP’s of Groupe Agency Development and partner with an assigned brand agency (agencies) under the Publicis Groupe US umbrella to help cross-sell Groupe solutions to existing clients.  Additionally, you will provide insight and expertise on these solutions when brand agencies are prospecting and pitching new business.

     

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·       NEW BUSINESS (~30%)

    o   Partner with agency new business team(s) to ensure the proper positioning of Groupe solutions to Publicis prospects

    o   Partner with revenue operations, agency new business team(s) and agency finance team(s) to develop scalable, client centric commercial strategies

     

    ·       EXISTING GROUPE CLIENTS (~70%)

    o   In conjunction with agency planning and investment leadership team(s) develop client centric solutions focused on increasing adoption of Groupe products across the client portfolio for each designated agency. 

    o   Ensure solutions are positioned as solving for agency client business, media, commercial challenges first and foremost.  

    o   Find points of synergy for Publicis solutions hubs to create “Plug and Play” strategies

    o   Drive growth without jeopardizing core business relationships & models

    o   Work collaboratively with agency client teams, client investment leaders, and Agency COE leaders to create client level specific action plans for Groupe solutions

    o   Partner with agency discipline leads to ensure alignment on strategies and investment recommendations

    o   Develop direct client relationships where required to represent Agency/PMX investment 

    o    Ensure Groupe solutions are solving for client first challenges, designed to meet client specific media and business objectives and goals

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ·       8-10+ years in AdTech or MarTech sales or client facing Agency role ideally at a large holding company

    ·       Experience working in a matrixed organization  and comfortable navigating complex structures

    ·       Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and internal leaders

    ·       Familiarity with CRM and Identity Resolution technologies

    ·       Strong understanding of Adtech, MarTech and Agency pricing models
