The Global Marketing Design Studio is an elite and diverse creative team at Publicis Groupe, comprising of over 25 creatives in 5 major cities across the Globe: London, New York, Chicago, Seattle, and Singapore. We are responsible for assisting in key revenue opportunities, enhancing Groupe’s visual identity, and influencing creative environments by delivering best-in-class design solutions throughout the organization. DESCRIPTION
Our team is looking for a full-time Junior Motion Designer who will support Publicis Groupe’s Global Marketing practice in creating videos, motion graphics and infographics for some of the world’s most famous brands. It’s a highly creative role for a self-starter who loves to learn new skills and design workflows. We’re looking for a motion whiz who’s looking to translate their passion for motion design into an incredible career with scope for growth and longevity within Publicis Groupe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Exploring and developing visual identities through motion, creating anything from stings to graphic devices and OOH mock-ups. • Producing and delivering high quality, easily usable motion assets that are readily adopted across our agency teams • Continuously discovering new tools, processes and ideas, adding to the breadth and diversity of creative development in motion • Assisting on shoots with the setup of filming rigs (Cameras, lights and audio recording equipment) • Great approach to teamwork and interpreting feedback is essential • Managing multiple tasks throughout the day so the ability to prioritise is essential • Follow creative direction and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned • Positive Attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback
Qualifications
• An eye for design, preferably a degree or equivalent in motion design or animation. • In-depth understanding of After Effects and Premiere Pro with a passion for learning new tricks and workflows • Good working familiarity of Photoshop and Illustrator • Some understanding of 3D motion design and character rigging is a plus • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud • Familiarity and confidence with Canon C100 or similar, along with lighting setups for video shoots a bonus • Experience using filming equipment or open to learning how to film, sound and light internal shoots a must • Self-starter and well-organized • Open to travel as needed
