    Job Description

    The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations is directly involved in the growth and development of Publicis teams across the country. The Recruiting Coordination Manager serves as an operational partner to the Recruiters and Recruiting Leads within Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Operations teams and works closely with the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition Operations for leading and mentoring a team of Recruiting Coordinators. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator must be a strategic thinker, highly organized, detailed, and meticulous. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual to help streamline existing processes, identify gaps where new processes should be created, and troubleshoot roadblocks for improved efficiencies and partnerships within a fast-paced setting with multiple prioritized work streams.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manages and mentors a team of Recruiting Coordinators; Assesses performance levels and provides direction on an ongoing basis; Coaches for growth and development
    • Fully and accurately utilizes applicant tracking system and all other Talent Acquisition tools, including reports and dashboards in order to determine appropriate RC remit allocation and opportunities to broaden services
    • Creates and updates streamlined processes and training playbooks and videos; Facilitates training programs
    • Serves as a point of escalation for any “White Glove” escalations/VIP remits
    • Identifies inconsistencies within Recruiting teams’ adoption of centralized processes and provides clarification and training, as needed
    • Coordinates onboarding plans for new RCs; Provides and monitors training progress
    • Fosters continuous improvement in processes and best practices, as applicable
    • Performs additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Acquisition Operations or HR/HR Shared Services
    • 5+ years leadership experience in Recruiting and/or HR
    • HRIS and/or ATS experience
    • Excel and data management skills, including the ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends.
    • Excellent customer service and process focused experience
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to organize and convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
    • Superior critical and creative problem-solving skills.
    • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • High-energy, adaptable team player with a strong work ethic.
    • Appreciation for the inevitable ‘grey’ in strategy and ability to balance that with the black and white of operations.
