    Job Description

    A Talent Acquisition internship is responsible for recruitment efforts across a variety of capabilities. This will be done through the development and implementation of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. You will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent possible, as well as being a part of the early careers program here at PDX.

    This role is within the Publicis Digital Experience pillar and will support multiple agency brands within that pillar.

    What you'll do:

    • Source and screen qualified candidates and qualify based off requirements determined in partnership with hiring managers and agency best practices, to include leveraging internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques.
    • Schedule, track, and manage in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zones.
    • Sit in on regular status update meetings with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positions; maintain various recruitment tracking and reports and enhance existing reports where applicable.
    • Build a pipeline of talent by creating and delivering strategic initiatives to attract talent through sourcing engagement, events participation, referrals programs, online communities to source high quality and diverse candidates.
    • Provide support to virtual and/or in-person career fairs, portfolio shows, and other hiring events where TA has a presence as needed.
    • Track the early careers calendar of upcoming campus events and update accordingly utilizing the Handshake platform.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred; bootcamp or portfolio school may be substituted. You must have just received your degree OR be in the final year of matriculation.
    • Highly collaborative with a natural ability to work in partnership with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
    • Naturally curious and inquisitive with a desire to constantly learn and grow.
    • Ability to build broad relationships within the creative, advertising, and design communities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
    • Prior experience working within specialized enterprise software including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or HR information systems (HRIS) preferred.
    • Process-driven and highly organized approach to recruiting, staffing, and onboarding.

    Compensation Range: $20 -$23 per hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
