    Job Description

    The Talent Engagement & Inclusion team is looking for a Project Management Intern who reports into and supports the Associate Director for Talent Acquisition and provide project management support for PG US talent acquisition strategy, from pipeline development and sourcing to program planning and execution, assessment, and offer processes. The TA intern will support internship and apprenticeship programs and help with increasing the diversity within the program. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who will assist with planning, executing, and monitoring various projects.

    The TA Project Management Intern will be responsible for:

    • Supporting the audit of existing DE&I intern and apprenticeship programming across the Groupe in the US in order to identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Providing coordination for the DE&I TA lead to best partner with PG US in collaboration with TA leadership across perimeters and brands to better attract and retain talent
    • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • The ability to work cross functionally to accomplish tasks
    • Help to coordinate project meetings and communicate with stakeholders
    • Conduct research to support project planning and decision-making
    • Collect and analyze project data to track progress and report on project status
    • Support the TA TEI Lead in ensuring that project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
    • Develop, track, and analyze key metrics to assess effectiveness of TA programs and regularly report.
    • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports
    • Help to identify and manage project risks and issues
    • Perform other project-related tasks as assigned to develop best in class recruiting events that attract a more diverse pool of talent
    • Work independently, yet collaborate with the broader TE&I team to ensure DEI strategy alignment.
    • Ongoing data-driven improvements to internship and apprenticeship programs to yield a greater mix of intern-sourced candidates
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile
    • Must be available to work at least 30-40 hours per week during the internship period
    • Proven program management skills and the ability to independently track and manage multiple initiatives within tight timeframes
    • Working knowledge of MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word
    • Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
    • Ability to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information with high discretion.
    • Be able to work collaboratively, proactively and be productive in a cross-functional & remote/virtual team environment
    • Be open to giving and receiving feedback in order to positively affect outcomes for our team and talent
    • Be open to differences in thought and perspective

    Duration:

    • The internship is expected to last for 9 weeks and may be extended based on the intern's performance and company needs.

    Compensation:

    • This is a paid internship. The compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
