Job Description
We are hiring a motivated associate to support the US Marketing Services HQ Business Operations team with implementations, deployments, and special projects. You will be pivotal to the success of our team's projects. In this role, core responsibilities include the following:
This role would ensure the consistent and on-time execution of internal and external projects (working with agencies across Publicis Groupe). The associate will also be responsible for executing support activities, including but not limited to meeting coordination, creation of a project calendar, documenting meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, meeting recaps, and various administrative tasks. They will serve as a critical member of our business operations team and must be an organized initiative-taker who is solution-oriented and skilled at looking at problems holistically and neutrally.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies Overall: **Provide a wide range of support to senior project leads, helping them to plan, organize, and ensure the on-time completion of specific projects for an individual agency or organization-wide projects implemented by the US Marketing Services HQ Business Operations team.

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $68,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
