    Job Description

    DESCRIPTION:

    Publicis Media is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. This individual will assist the Recruiters in the growth and development of our teams across the country.

    ROLE OBJECTIVES:

    • The coordinator will act as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization
    • Create a high¬-touch, “best in class” candidate and hiring manager experience 
    • Must be well-versed and comfortable doing candidate/client outreach with disparate field locations and different time zones 
    • Generate offer letters, initiate background checks and reference checks for all new employees
    • Coordinate interviews with prospective employees and managers to contribute to an effective recruitment experience
    • Update our applicant tracking system
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills 
    • Strong customer service
    • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
    • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
    • 1-2 years of professional working experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
