Job Description

As a software engineer intern, you will work with multiple technologies to address client problems – Including front-end technologies (HTML/Javascript), back-end technologies (Node.js, .NET) and native app development (Swift / Objective-C). You will gain exposure to the process used to understand client needs and applying creative technology to deliver unique value!

For this role, you should have some basic knowledge of things like design patterns and software engineering principles, along with some experience in commons Dev Ops tool and things like HTML, Javascript, and CSS/SASS. We'd also love for you to have an understanding of JSON and Web Service APIs usage and development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates and communicates efficiently and effectively with other Technology team members.
• Works with a lead developer to implement technology solutions that address our clients’ business needs and challenges while demonstrating our standard methodologies and preferred technologies
• Debugs or fixes simple issues in existing software applications
• Aids the team in performing detailed testing of developed software

Qualifications

• Full-time rising junior or rising senior, currently enrolled at an accredited 4-year College or University.
• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program which aligns with their area of interest (such as Computer Science)
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Applicants must be able to commute on site to the office location in which the internship job posting is listed

Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
