    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Recruitment Coordinator is part of a centralized team who supports the Talent Acquisition function and team across multiple Publicis Health agencies. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities while executing coordinating tasks flawlessly. The Recruitment Coordinator will have exposure to sensitive and confidential information necessitating diplomacy, discretion and sound judgment. The individual also needs a high level of computer aptitude and attention to detail.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Candidate Experience:

    o   Schedule candidate interviews, prepare candidate correspondence/offer letters, initiate all relevant new hire onboarding materials, initiate process for candidate background checks.

    Systems & Reporting:

    o   Input relevant data and oversee approval workflow for all job requisitions and offers within talent acquisition tools, manage job postings across all media channels, administrator of our Applicant Tracking System and Hiring tools; pull reports and maintain candidate activity and information as directed.

    Special Projects:

    o   Participate in in Publicis Health Talent Management function-wide projects and initiatives

    o   Other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1 – 2 years of experience in administrative support, coordinator, or internship – preferably in Human Resources
    • Experience with Outlook required
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and organize work.
    • Maintains complete and accurate staffing documentation as required by law in accordance with department policy and procedures
    • Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly pick up and understand new tools and technologies
