Job Description

Even in the advertising industry, we cannot function without a finance team! As a Finance Intern, you will work with the finance team to learn integral tasks such as assisting in budget forecasting, investigating gaps in financial information, general ledger reconciliation, and supporting client transactions. You will get the opportunity to demonstrate your accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment like our Publicis Health companies!

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused that will monitor, maintain, and complete client billing and reconciliations, as well as participate in reporting and account maintenance processes. 

Qualifications

• Full-time rising junior or rising senior, currently enrolled at an accredited 4-year College or University
• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program which aligns with the position such as Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Excellent organization, communication and MS Office skills (Excel, including Pivot Tables)
• Legally authorized to work in the US
