    Job Description

    The Human Resources Coordinator is the backbone of the Talent team. In this role you will be the first line of contact for employees. The HR Coordinator is responsible for all facets of the onboarding process for new hires, general day to day to questions from employees and managers, maintaining data and systems, and supporting all other Talent programs and policies. We support employees who work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. The HR Associate should have flawless attention to detail, be highly organized, able to juggle a number of items at once and prioritize and have the maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information with poise.

    • Serve as a resource for general employee questions and concerns regarding Company benefits, policies, and procedures
    • Primary escalation point of payroll and benefits issues from or to centralized support function from employees
    • Responsible for new hire set up and onboarding, including new hire orientation and liaising with Finance, IT, and Facilities to ensure effective onboarding for all new team members nationally
    • Administrator for employee systems, granting and terminating access and updating information
    • Prepare payroll paperwork twice per month according to payroll deadlines for new hires, compensation changes, terminations, etc.
    • Responsible for pulling data and creating ad hoc reports from a variety of systems
    • Conducts regular audits for data integrity and accuracy, and identifies and resolves issues as necessary
    • Coordination of logistics and communications of HR programs, information sessions as necessary
    • Take on projects as necessary relating to achievement of Talent and business objectives

    ADDIONAL SKILLS

    • 1-3 years in a Human Resources role or role with transferrable skills
    • A good understanding of Excel preferred
    • Excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of HRIS systems a plus
    • Knowledge of payroll and benefit practices a plus
