Job Description
The HR Associate will be accountable for timely and accurate processing of all employee record updates and act as first point of contact for general employee inquiries. The HR Associate will partner closely and be a key liaison to employees with respect to all benefit and payroll issues. In addition, the HR Associate will provide administrative and project management support to the Director of Talent Management, the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Chief Talent Officer as needed. Lastly this position will partner closely with the HR Recruiting Associate to ensure back-up support for both roles as well as a seamless onboarding experience for our newly hired employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROVIDE ACCURATE AND TIMELY DATA MANAGEMENT OF ALL EMPLOYEE RECORDS:
CREATE AND MAINTAIN TRACKING PROCESSES/ AUDITS AND PROVIDE GENERAL AND CUSTOM HRIS REPORTS:
MANAGE ONBOARDING PROCESS AND CONDUCT ORIENTATION:
MAINTAIN HR RELATED POSTINGS AND ACCESS TO COMPANY INTRANET:
MANAGE ADMINISTRATION AROUND SPECIFIC HR POLICY/FORMS:

Compensation Range: $35,000-51,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
