The Publicis Media Internship Program is a 10 WEEK, 40 HOUR PER WEEK PROGRAM BEGINNING ON 6/7/2021. The Publicis Media Internship Experience immerses you in the fast paced media industry. The Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) Finance team is looking to bring on a Finance Intern to support the finance team in the responsibilities listed below.

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

• Facilitate monthly client invoice procedure in a timely and accurate manner.
• Compile and organize data for client invoicing.
• Assist with updating monthly campaign reporting.  
• Direct communication with clients and vendors on open balances as needed.
• Assist in ad hoc reporting requests.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a target graduation date of winter, 2021, or spring, 2022.
• Proven strong interest in a career in advertising, technology, analytics, research or related.
• Basic PC skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
