    Job Description OVERVIEW:

    Publicis Media is seeking a forward thinking Talent Acquisition professional to join their team. You are a driven, hard working visionary that is looking to integrate themselves into over 9 different agencies. Your combination of critical thinking, content expertise, creativity, project management, and strong execution skills makes you an integral part of Publicis Media’s Campus team.

    During the Publicis Media Campus Internship you will be involved in many different areas of work. You will be immersed in the culture of our many different agencies whilst promoting brand awareness to interested candidates. An ideal candidate would have a strong interest in the advertising industry and the ability to learn and grow within the team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Assist with various Campus Recruiting Projects

    · Use data to help inform, support, and guide strategic decisions

    · Collaborate with recruiting team on diversity and inclusion initiatives

    · Research and identify best practices for diversity and inclusion programming

    · Assist with Publicis Media entry level and internship candidate screenings

    · Work with campus ambassadors on their candidate pipelines for all entry level programs

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Labor Studies, Business or related field
    • Ability to work 30+ hours per week
    • Located in the Chicagoland area or willing to relocate in the future once Publicis Groupe offices reopen
    • Proven strong interest in a career in advertising, technology, analytics, research or related
    • Basic PC skills- familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
    • Leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and Excel
