Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Publicis Media Technology Practice as an early learning Product Design Intern and be a part of an interdisciplinary team that creates stellar data-driven, internet-based solutions. You will be responsible in supporting the design system work for our product design team by contributing to existing components and documenting use cases. Additional responsibilities will include working with other product designers to discover different approaches to solving a user’s problem. You will have an opportunity to contribute to the creation of user workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and low / hi fidelity mockups. There will also be an opportunity to learn about and support the on-going research work to centralize insights which validate the team’s design work. 

ROLE OBJECTIVES: 

• Learn how to translate user needs and business requirements into design 

• Support the design and delivery of wireframes, mockups and prototypes  

• Learn about, optimize components for, and document the existing design system in Sketch and Invision

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher with a target graduation date of 2022 or 2023 

• Have an online portfolio 

• Familiar with and/or passionate about UX design and methodologies 

• Familiar with design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, and/or Invision 

• Preference for visual design skills 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Careful attention to details 

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
